With great pride, we can announce that we have now taken another small step on our way into the world of the big players with the Young Consultancy Status of the BDU. 

The status “Young Consultancy”, which is an offer of the BDU Servicegesellschaft für Unternehmensberater mbH for freshly founded or young management and personnel consultancies, is therefore only available to us as long as the membership requirements (five years of professional experience, including three years of self-employment or management responsibility as a management consultant) have not yet been met. After that, the transition to membership in the industry association will take place.

What does Young Consultancy membership offer?

Especially in the first years of our young consultancy, we get a lot of guidance from the BDU to learn from the mistakes of other companies and to benefit from the tips and tricks. 

In addition to further training opportunities for our consultants and access to market studies “Facts&Figures”, we receive regular information from the industry and a platform for industry-internal exchange. 

We will use this membership to benefit from possible cooperation partners and to continuously expand our horizons in the large consulting world. Thus, we see the membership not only as an internal opportunity to improve ourselves, but also as a special enrichment for our customers.
